"3DJ" is a program for real-time visualisation of sound in interactive 3D environments. It is made for use in future clubs and discotheques with stereoscopic 3D projections as an advanced 3D-VJ tool. Users can create 3D worlds with either an extensive library of 3D models, or import their own.

Any kind of sound source line-input can be used for visualisation in the 3DJ software. The user can choose from five different 'theme-world' presets or import their own 3D worlds to illustrate the music. Using the computer keyboard, midi-keyboard or onscreen menu, the user can select, modify and influence 3D objects, colours, lights, cameras and animations in synchronisation with the beat of the music.
